Magnolia “maggie”

CERTIFIED THERAPY DOG

Maggie is a 3 year old Great Pyrenees and a rescue from a local shelter. She is registered as a Canine Good Citizen (CGC) with American Kennel Club and certified therapy dog through Canine’s for Christ. Her volunteer work extends to a local mental health hospital, and she is always working to gain additional training and experience. Great Pyrenees are bred to nurture and protect sheep herds, and Maggie uses her skills to make sure everyone feels special and loved. Maggie specialties include, but are not limited to:

- Active listening
- Receiving pats and hugs
- Making people of all ages smile
- Wagging her tail for any reason at all
- Shedding. Lots of shedding.
- Protecting others from squirrels or other suspicious small animals
- Begging for treats
- Napping at all hours of the day

In her off time, Maggie enjoys lounging in her backyard, long walks with her mom, and playing with her favorite hedgehog toy. You can spot her often at trivia nights at her local pub or lounging on a patio. She is a strong listener and 100lbs of affirmation and fluff, and she would love to meet you soon!
